VICTORIA SANDLER, MD

Victoria Sandler, MD is a doctor-mom who splits her time between her endocrinology practice and her family. She completed her undergraduate training at Northwestern University, medical degree and residency at Rush University Medical Center, and fellowship in Endocrinology at Northwestern University. She is currently an associate professor in Endocrinology at North Shore University HealthSystem. 

 

Victoria participated in a writing contest on mental health advocacy as a teen. Thereafter, and throughout her professional medical training, she has been involved in a number of initiatives highlighting the unique challenges that modern adolescents and young adults face. During medical school, she spearheaded a volunteer program to provide health-related education to pregnant teen mothers. Throughout her subsequent professional training, she was involved in a variety of projects centered around health literacy and health advocacy. 

 

Victoria lives in a suburb of Chicago with her family.
